Pentru a incarca fisiere pe website-ul nostru este suficient sa urmariti doar primele doua prezentari video de mai jos.

Pentru scopul website-ului nostru, va rugam sa incarcati fisierele cu extensia .ppt (redenumiti fisierele .pps ca .ppt inainte de incarcare; gasiti instructiuni in fisierul video de mai jos.)

O alta modalitate de a adauga fisierele dvs. este sa le transformati in fisiere video .flv, .swf, .avi, .wmv si apoi sa le adaugati pe website folosind aceeasi metoda ca la punctul 2. (folosind icon-ul Add Media)
Pentru aceasta puteti folosi urmatoarele metode:
a) export din Open Office (Windows, Mac) sau Keynote (Mac)
In Open Office Impress -> Export -> Save type as… -> alegeti din lista Macromedia Flash (swf).
Un dezavantaj al acestei metode este ca nu se salveaza sunetul din fisiere.
b) export din Power Point (Windows) folosind programul gratuit iSpring de conversie PPT -> Flash. Alegeti iSpring free de pe pagina aceasta:

iSpring functioneaza doar sub Windows. Acest program salveaza atat slide-urile, animatia, cat si muzica asociata cu fisierul Power Point.
c) export (conversie) online la adresa:
http://media-convert.com/convert/
Trebuie sa setati Input Format (Power Point .ppt, Open Office Impress .odp, StarOffice .sdd), apoi alegeti Ouput Format (flv, avi, wmv, quick time). Din testele noastre au functionat cel mai bine fisierele convertite in formatele flv, avi si wmv. Puteti face si alte teste daca doriti.

Another way to add your files is to convert your files into video files .flv, .swf, .avi, .wmv and then to upload them to the website using the same method shown at the 2) video tutorial. (use the icon Add Media in the editor window)
Here are some conversion methods:
a) export your file in Open Office (Windows, Mac) or Keynote (Mac)
In Open Office Impress -> Export -> Save type as… -> select Macromedia Flash (swf) from the list.
This method has a disadvantage: it does not save the sounds use in your Power Point original file.
b) export from Power Point (Windows) using the free version of iSpring conversion software PPT -> Flash. Choose iSpring free on this page:

iSpring works just under Windows operating system. This program save slides, animation and also all the sounds used in your Power Point files.
c) online conversion – use this website:
http://media-convert.com/convert/
You need to select an Input Format (Power Point .ppt, Open Office Impress .odp, StarOffice .sdd), then select an Ouput Format (flv, avi, wmv, quick time). Our tests show that the best conversion worked for flv, avi and wmv output formats. You can make more tests, if you like.
